We review the home as a system, looking at how one component of the house might affect the operation or lifespan of another. We will determine the components that are not performing properly, as well as items that are beyond their useful life or are unsafe. We identify areas where repairs may be needed or where there may have been problems in the past. Our inspections are intended to provide our clients with a better understanding of the condition of the home as observed at the time of the inspection.

We encourage our clients to attend the inspection if possible and accompany us during the process.

The inspection is done in accordance with the National Standards of Practice as well as the CAHPI Code of Ethics.
